Consultation first , have customer explain what they want , show pics,analyze hair and face shape.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State certified , balayage training , keratin complex certification, hair cutting classes /training , hair extensions (tape in and I-tip) waxing ( facial area)
I continue to attend continuing education training to always grow and improve .

How did you get started in this business?
From a child I had an interest in hair , I would cut my dolls hair and also cut my neighbors dogs hair! ( got into trouble for that one)
I went through a major change in life in my late 20s and made the choice to go to hair school ! I haven't looked back!
