Hello, I am Crystal Rose Brown. I have been a makeup artist in the beauty industry for over 12 years. While working for several cosmetic retailers, I have been trained on well over 15 cosmetic and skincare brands. I thrive on helping my clients find that confidence in themselves they might not know is there, as well as bringing that inner beauty out by emphasizing their best features. I love to help them feel GLAMOROUS, BEAUTIFUL, CONFIDENT and most importantly - POWERFUL! That's why I have started Nashville Glamour! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a phone consultation. This allows the client to explain what service they need for what event. We go over any skin allergies, skin type, or any other concerns a client may have as far as the makeup application goes.
To reserve your date I require a 50% deposit, which goes towards your service total on the day of your event. This can be paid by Venmo, check, or cash.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in retail cosmetics for the last 14 years. Each retailer I have worked for has put me through skin analysis, makeup application, and product knowledge training.

How did you get started in this business?
I started working at Sephora, not knowing I would ever be doing this for a living, let alone working on my own in the freelance world. I started in the skincare department, and quickly gravitated to makeup application. I immediately had a passion for it. I thrived on helping women, and men, feel more confident and beautiful through the power of good skincare and makeup.
