What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation is everything! You absolutely cannot achieve success without getting any and all information from the client about their end result they desire!
Also, clients with realistic expectations! I can get you as close as possible to Jennifer Aniston's (or any other photo) you want but if you dont have their facial structure hair type or body type... there's only so much I can do!
Realizing that you may need a few sessions before you get to your desired look IS NOT A BAD THING! This endures the quality and integrity of your hair!!
