What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All appointments must be booked on the website. Once I receive the request for an appointment I will confirm it. You'll will receive and email. I I didn't confirm there's no appointments that was requested. Mask must be worn at all times. Hair extensions consultation is a non refundable charge of $50.
