What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation over the phone, consultation when in the chair, explanation of what to expect during the service along with price. Then I will explain each stage as I do them. Once service is complete we will go over how the customer feels, and if there is anything we need to change. Any improvements needed.

How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business as a braider who went on to become a certified cosmetologist to be able to do cut and color as well. Along with many other things. Worked in my family salon for years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all backgrounds. Any nationality welcome. All hair types.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't limit yourself to price.
