What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will email, text or phone call meeting(clients choice), back and forth to get some items needed for a quote/answer questions of theirs.
then we will send over agreement, setup a payment, and then finalize details if any.
How did you get started in this business?
My wife and I were getting married and had trouble finding a photobooth(and other services) in a reasonable price range. So we decided to explore a DIY bar and photobooth option.
after that I was still in college and Decided to help some people out and make some money to help my wife and I. And it took off like crazy in 2013.
What types of customers have you worked with?
ALL. We rarely get client or event types we haven’t before.😉
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are fond of all our clients/events and always want the best for them... but I will say that weddings and kids events are my favorite(my wife is a spec Ed teacher for aisd and I have a background in childcare.)
