What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation through messaging to see if we are a good fit. Ask questions to get an idea of guest's lifestyle, maintenance preference, hair history, and desired looks.
If we decide to make an appointment, we will have an in person consultation and continue our conversation and confirm we are on the same page before jumping into the services.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For standard services I has set prices. However, hair techniques have evovled the last five to ten years. And the looks that are trending are priced according to time and amount of products that are needed to achieve those looks, which is why the consultation between my guest and I is essential. Pricing estimates can be discussed during this time as well.
How did you get started in this business?
Since I was a young girl I always had an interest in fashion, colors, and style. I also love to help others feel good about themselves. I am a creative personality who grew up in a home where we were always taught to look a certain way, and strive for perfection. I was a color outside the lines kind of girl who was at conflict with that idea for a long time. As I became my own person and found my way in the world, I found my passion in hair dressing. I have a passion for creating the looks my guests are desiring while also putting it into practical use for their everyday lifestyles. I found something that allowed me to be creative and help others at the same time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in women's hairstyles, I do a lot of color from your traditional highlights to balayage to vivid fashion colors. I have a clientele that varys in age from 16 to 80+
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My one and only niece's 1st birthday. I love seeing her grow up this past year and she continues to surprise me with her growth spurts. I never knew love like this, she is our first and only little one in our family and I love being the cool Aunt.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be aware if your pro is asking you questions and listening to your answers! It doesn't mean they may not or should not recommend something different, but those that do not ask any questions and just know what you want by reading your mind...watch out.
