What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I call and discuss a budget and then we discuss a menu. I will create a personalized menu for you and then we secure the date by signing a contract and taking a deposit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu of San Francisco and have over 20 years experience in the kitchen 17 of those years as a head Chef! And the last 4 years I have developed Menus for several Restaurants in the Dallas area.
