What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give new client's a holistic approach to their hair care services. Along with a thorough consultation to better understand their hair care needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the Hair Industry over 20 years ago, first obtaining my Cosmetology license, returning for my Barber license as well as my Esthetics license, then I went back after years in the Industry for my Instructors License.

How did you get started in this business?
I was intrigued by the sound of the Marcel iron.

I have worked with All types of customers, for different nationalities. I am a people's person, I love our beauty.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person is a licensed professional. Check them out prior to your service. You can contact TDLR for confirmation of thier license number. And also, make sure they're using professional products on your hair.
My moto: If my customers can purchase my products, there's no use for them to come to me.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Your lifestyle, and what that entails. Things they like and dislike about thier hair. What is the end result; how they want their hair to look going forward. Any problems their having with their hair, shedding, breakage, moisture lost, etc.
