What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the service is for crafting only, I communicate through Facebook or by text. I receive details such as colors, sizes and example pictures of what they are requesting for, and in most cases can complete the order within a week or two.
If the services are coordinating and/or providing decorations for a birthday party, baby shower etc., then I set up a time to speak over the phone, or meet up to discuss details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All I have is experience and creativity. This gift came out of nowhere. I have continued to bless every family that has come my way.

Initial consultation is free. All other charges are applied once services are established. For example weddings, receptions, most small or large events and birthday parties.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out decorating my apartment when I was younger. Then some of my friends and family started requesting things from me. So it went from interior design, to crafting in between jobs. Now I have created a fan base of people that love my work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customer base consist of stay at home Moms, working Moms, newlyweds, birthday queens and kings, and let's not forget about my babies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently did a Tik Tok party for a 5 year old. It wasn't much online to go off of, so I customized most of my decor for the entire party. It was so pretty and I received a lot of likes on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please have examples and ideas of what you are looking for. We may not be able to do the exact idea, but we can get close to it or much better!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. Have an idea of what you want.
2. Date of completion.
3. Color theme.
4. Ideal budget.
