Send over Brochure let them choose a service, pick a date. Then we discuss any add on's, once that is complete the proposal/ invoice will be sent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught myself, however I have gone to plenty of classes and I'm constantly doing continuing education every year.
