What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain the service for them really clear to make sure that is the right service they deserve. If it is colors I also go over with the lifestyle and skin tone and face shape. For hair treatment we talk about the details of the hair to determine which hair treatment to use. I like to schudle free consultations first before the service

I always do the classes gmfor continue education and update my self often

How did you get started in this business?
I actually continue my mom since we was in Egypt we had Miss Egypt salon and when I move to USA I took my license in Michigan in 2000 then I worked till I built my clients tail then I decide to have my own suite in plano,Tx
