I go to shows and classes for more education for new trends hitting the stage or old trends either coming back or to brush up on.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming into a new salon can be scary, I try to make you as comfortable as possible. I find out exactly what you are wanting to accomplish and then I tell you my plan and suggestions before I actually get started. I always ask before I do anything to your hair because, well... Its your hair, your the one that has to wear it and is paying to get it done. I will never force anything on you

Bring pictures of what you're wanting. Different color blondes can be confusing and pictures help.
