My Name is Chef Dontae
I am a Native of Dallas Texas; born and raised. I have been working in the kitchen industry Since the age of 19. I started working in small mom and pop resturants.
Now at this age. I have work with several notable chefs from my city. For the last 3 years ive been employed as a high volume Chef/line Cook for the 5 star resurants of Dallas's Deep Ellum District. I have a deep love and passion for the artistry food. I pride myself on the quality and the consistency of craft.
