What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process is quick and easy. Depending on services such as bridal I require a trial run previous to the big day to ensure on the day of the event everything goes smooth and we aren't trying to figure out what type of makeup looks or hairstyles. Otherwise for other appointments as long as I have the availability and know in advance the process is smooth.
