I've been in the culinary business for 20 years. I have my own brand of sauces & spices. Started out with BBQ then went to culinary school to expand my horizons and fulfill my passion. I love teaching people how to cook and I'm very passionate about mastering any and every dish I prepare.
I really enjoy hearing people telling me that something I created and put my all into was delicious and satisfying. That I went above their expectations.
