About
I enjoy hearing what a potential client wants, since everyone has their individual ideas & reasons for great, quality photos and I absolutely love being part of the creative process to make people feel terrific about the outcome. I would be happy to offer any suggestions or tips that can make the process flow smoother, once I am aware of the details of the shoot & what the client is wanting.
I am a people person, and I love talking with people; I feel communication is so very important so we could work together as a team and get things done right. I have worked with promotions in the past and am not afraid of both asking & answering questions beforehand to ensure the final shots are quality and well thought out. I like to use my people skills to make the client feel comfortable and excited about the shots we will be doing together, as a team.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me, communication is so very important from the beginning. I like to find out as much as I can regarding what the potential client is looking for and is expecting, including any ideas they may have in mind, along with specific reasons for the shoot. I like to both answer & ask questions which will help me to do a terrific job, so that the client is pleased with the results. Texts and phone calls can help with that process, which I don't mind at all. I feel that the more details we can clear up beforehand will help the shoot to be more productive & organized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I starting taking photography classes in university to supplement my graphics training and had almost enough hours to minor in photography. My love of being behind the camera actually led me to have my own promotional modeling business, working with female models at all types of promos & events around the DFW area. This also helped me gain experience working with & getting along with all different types of people while trying my best to do great quality photos.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I feel that each situation could be different, with its own elements & requirements and is worthy of being considered on those points. I try to price services to any client based on this and don't believe in overcharging for any extra items that are not actually essential to the process.
How did you get started in this business?
I started with some classes in the university and really enjoyed being involved in the creative process of photography.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked mostly with female models doing fashion shows or putting portfolios together but I have also done business with some clients just wanting great quality photos of family, business, events, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First of all, see their experience and past work, then see how they relate to working with clients. I am flexible in trying to deliver what the client is looking for, but also can offer suggestions & ideas to help them see things in a more creative way.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure the photographer is dependable & available for your shoot; will the photog come thru for me?
How long will it take (time frame) to receive proofs?
Are you experienced in doing the type of shoot I am looking for?
