Our fajitas are fresh and grilled-to-order and served family-style. All of our fajitas come with scratch-made Mexican rice and beans (refried or charro), grilled onions and jalapenos, hand-rolled tortillas, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, plus chips and salsa.

We identify our customer's goals and expectations at work to meet those within the budget provided. Fajita Pete's can do anything from a simple delivery to full-service catering.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Fajita Pete's we have been catering events from 10 to 2500 guests for over 10 years. Whether a large corporate client or in your home, we've catered it all!

How did you get started in this business?
Fajita Pete's started as a delivery and take-out Tex-Mex restaurant. With many of our customers asking for catering services we quickly grew our catering business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Fajita Pete's works with all types of clients from parties at home, event centers, to feeding large corporate clients such as HEB and Houston Methodist.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently feed the entire staff (1900 people)of Houston Methodist Sugar Land. The entire staff was served in less than 1.5 hours! It was an amazing experience.
