What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a honest discussion about the hair goals of the client is first then we can discuss and agree upon how we will get there. I do a consultation before we start the appointment and work from there.

I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Texas.

my pricing is pretty standard for standard heads but the scale slides with the consideration of length and density simply because more time and product is involved if hair is very long or very dense.
silk press on natural hair $60 and up
wash and style on relaxed hair $48 and up
touch up relaxer $60 no more than 1 inch new growth if more price slides
perimeter trim $8
all ends trimmed $15
one step color process dark brown black (I don’t do any blonding or lifting) $ $38
How did you get started in this business?
ive always wanted to do hair since I was a little girl. I would do my friends hair as I got older and it was fun. I especially get gratification when I see results from a head of hair that has been rehabilitated.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
a woman came to me who had severely neglected her hair and did not know what to do with it. She was dry brittle broken by the time we were done she was brought to tears because she felt good about how she looked. THATS SUCCESS! Her hair got better with each visit.
