What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give my new client a reasonable discount.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Franklin Beauty School for braiding and weaving.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I give my new and old clients specials every month. I do birthday specials, new client specials, client appreciation specials,holiday specials, I do 1 @2clients for one price just to make it easier and I also have birthday specials (identification required for 16 yr Olds & up). I also inform new and old clients of my bundle specials and I update them on their hair appointments.
How did you get started in this business?
I had gotten interested in braiding when I started getting compliments on my own hair.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with older women, kids,men and young women. Some have thinning hair, thick coursed hair. I work with different textures on many different people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise anyone looking for someone for any hair services to check out the work the stylist may have on social media to make sure their needs will be met correctly before they just jump from one stylist to another.
