About
My clients are often seeking emotion filled images that are free-spirited and document more than just standard wedding portraiture. They want the moments, the close up, the feelings. They want their images to mean something for generations to come.
If this is you then let's do this. I'm so excited to meet you and start capturing your love adventure
I love making clients my friends. Relationships are so important to me and it shows in images when someone feels comfortable and happy with their photographer. We pride ourselves on this! I also just enjoy getting creative and coming up with new ideas that are special to each client!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always contact our clients first by email, but then we prefer a phone conversation so we can really get a feel for one another, discuss ideas and visions, and make sure we're going to be a good fit for one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Does it count that I graduated from Hendrick Medical School? I was a Mammographer and took photos, just in a different way. ;)
All kidding aside, I never went to school for photography, but experience has always been the best teacher. I have taken many online courses and workshops as well and I've had many incredible mentors over the years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do have a standard pricing! Weddings are a little more in depth, but we have a simple PDF we send out to all of our clients. They begin at $2500.
Portraiture begins at $400 per session and includes a full digital gallery with rights to print.
How did you get started in this business?
My husband bought me a camera years ago and I was elated, little did we know that he wasn't handing me a gift wrapped in festive packaging, but a dream and a passion that would bring me so much life!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with tons of families, individuals, babies, wedding couples, seniors in high school & college, special needs families, etc.
We have done it all and have loved every moment!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Oh my goodness! Just this past month we were photographing a wedding of a couple that had NEVER KISSED! When the big moment happened during the pre-ceremony photos every person in the wedding party broke into cheers, their jaws hit the floor, and the arms flew in the air with fist bumps and high fives! Everyone was giddy and so happy to experience something so magical.... I maybe cried. Maybe. Or maybe there was just something really large in my eye. ;)
What an exciting moment to get to capture something to profound and monumental to their relationship!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at reviews! Look at prior work! Make sure that your personalities mix well. These are all so important!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they in my budget, does their "eye" match what I am looking for, is their editing style consistent with what I want? Do their reviews reflect someone I trust with my family and with my event?
