Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with them over the phone and meet with them to learn how I can serve them best. We go over details of locations, clothing, what they are wanting, and how I can deliver this to them through beautiful artwork.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personal mentor, Boutique Breakthrough, trainings, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Creation fee is $185. This covers our meetings, phone calls, etc. After the photo shoot we will meet to pick out what you want and the best artwork to fit your home. I am with you every step of the way.
How did you get started in this business?
It started as a hobby until someone said I should take it to the next level. I love serving others. I want to provide a history that lasts and can be passed beyond the current generation. I’ve “heard” about many of my relatives but I have no photos, no moments and it leaves a gap in my life. I don’t want others to have missing pieces and memories.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with graduating seniors, engagements, birthdays, child portraits, family portraits and event photography as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently was honored to be part of family portraits where the family lost a grandparent, and there are some elements of distance between some of them in their personal relationships. However, we all came together and had a great time! Lots of laughter and silliness along with the sentimental moments. I was able to capture what they were looking for! As I was leaving I was told I was an amazing and fun person to work with!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to them first! Meet with them! You want to make sure you are a good fit to work together. Remember they are people too! Be excited about the adventure! Have a basic plan of what you want.
