How did you get started in this business?
I believe hair is very important, it's the first thing people notice. I then became fascinate in hair since I was the age of 10.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A young girl wanted an extreme texture pixie cut. Her hairstylist said her hair was too fine to do that kind of cut and it would not look like the picture that she had shown me. I took over and did it like the picture and she was very happy about it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You got to trust your stylist and don't make him/her feel nervous cutting your hair. Negative energy can cause people to lose focus. Relax and trust your inner self.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First, always ask the price. I don't know how many time I hear customer complainted about being ripped off by their preveous stylist.
AND
Second, ask if your hair would work with the style that you are looking for. Sometime you don'e want to hear the truth but honesty is the truth to looking good.
