What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone call is placed to discuss details of the event and what is expected from both parties. This opens a line of communication from vendor to host so that all details down the the smallest is taken care of completely.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owned a Food truck the was lost due the flood in Houston. We also cater private events, corporate lunches, trail rides and POP-UP shops.

How did you get started in this business?
As a nurse I always provided and assisted with meal service in the facilities in which I worked. As a 25 year veteran nurse it just became a natural progression.
