What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is a big factor. I expect that my customers will tell me exactly what they want down to the most minute detail. Satisfaction can only be achieved once there is a good exchange of information on both parties. Be it by text, email or call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been braiding hair since childhood. I am comfortable with both natural and relaxed (permed) hair, with or without extensions.

How did you get started in this business?
My schooling required a change of hairstyles every week. Sometimes, these styles cost money we were unable to spend. This allowed for me to learn how to braid. It also allows for fair pricing as I understand how expensive a well- kept appearance can be.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all customers on all age ranges(male or female). If you have a head of hair that needs to be braided, I'm your girl.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Never assume anything. Always ask questions.

Is there any particular style you want recreated on you? Determine the length you want and how you want the hair parted before the appointment time.
