Cedric is great to work with. He gets to know what you like and dislike, and he creatively tailors the menu to suit your taste. Hes also respectful of the budget you set. Most importantly, his food is delicious, looks good and is setup and served professionally. Cleanup is also done to perfection. Working with Cedric is always a pleasure from beginning to end. I highly recommend him.

Our personal experience, of ‘Catering perfection,’ was an event prepared by Chef Cedric. We hosted a private gathering and when extra guests arrived unannounced, without hesitation Chef Cedric magically whipped up enough meals for everyone to enjoy. The menu included Good for your Soul food, savory fried chicken, garlic green beans, stewed cabbage, Oh, my God!’ Can’t stop eating Mac & Cheese and ‘Who stole Grandma’s cornbread recipe?’ We highly recommend Chef Cedric’s Catering!

Mr. Frazier has catered for me and he was professional, punctual and very creative in decorating and transforming my entire venue. I highly recommend Mr. Frazier and I will surely use him many more times in the future.

I continue to call on The CF Experience to plan and cater all of my events. In 2017, I used him at least 5 times or more. From corporate to private events, The CF Experience always seems to amaze me with their superb professionalism, attention to detail and the wonderful selections of food items. Just last month, I had a dinner party for 50 people. My guests continuously rave over the professionalism of the wait staff, the food, and the details that he adds that put his signature on the entire event. I recommend everyone use The CF Experience.
