I love being a part of special moments. I treat each catering the way I would want it if it were my own family's event. I love making my customers dreams come to life. We serve daily through our food truck at lunch in Victoria.
My family is from New Orleans so food and celebrations have always been a big part of our lives. We love bringing the best of Cajun cuisine to Texas. Our award winning crawfish will knock your socks off!! We are also known for being the home of The Original Crawfish Mac&Cheese. The Crawfish etouffee is also hard to beat.
Although we are Cajun, we have done many other types of meals including our ribeye and baby Bella stroganoff as well as our original chicken Alfredo lasagna. We also have many non-seafood options. Also, many people think all Cajun food is spicy, it can be if you request that but flavor is what we are known for. We have done Mexican, Italian, American, and other cuisines We love the opportunity to provide a sampling for you
I do not provide barbecue or cakes.
I love to being creative and I can express that while I'm working. I also love being a tiny little part of your big event!!

My background is in healthcare. My family has always had restaurants, I worked many summers and holidays. I have always enjoyed the service industry. After many years of missing our Cajun home cooking in Texas, I opened a food truck.
