From your front door and through our your travels, I am available and accessible until you are safely back home. 

I love the challenge of taking all the possibilities available (locations, destinations, specials, promos, etc) and narrowing them down to precisely what my client is looking for. Sometimes you have to hear what they're looking for even when it's not said. There's nothing better than the incredulous look you get when you've put together something they hadn't even thought of.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After initial request is received I will send you a short travel interest survey to gather a few details on what type of travel, preferred dates, and how many people plan on traveling. I prefer to speak with my clients after gathering this information to ensure I get a full picture of their needs; however, it is not mandatory. I know how busy life gets and my guarantee is to lessen the hassle, not add to it. Within 2 business days you will receive your customized proposals along with options available, pricing, and payment due dates.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am constantly taking continuing education on destinations and suppliers to be sure I am up to date on any changes as well as the current travel advisories and updates. I am Master Agent and/or Travel Specialist with several providers and destinations such as Royal Caribbean, AM Resorts, Sandals and many more. I also mentor new agents who join my team and provide training to our agents and corporate travel partners as well. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

To retain my services there is a non-refundable fee of $75 for up to 4 people, $150 for groups up to 7, and TBD for larger groups. This will not only ensure that I keep you abreast of any and all advisory/condition changes, but I am also on call for emergencies during your travels. There's nothing worse than being away from home and missing your connection or suffering from illness or injury and being indefinitely put on hold by an *on-line" booking provider.

How did you get started in this business?

After being a Paramedic for nearly 15 years I had no idea what direction I wanted to go after retiring. It was important that I be able to have flexibility and time for all the things I'd missed out on working 24 hour shifts and I've always loved traveling. Luckily a friend steered me in the travel industry direction and I haven't looked back once. It's because I understand the importance of flexibility, attention to detail, and time to do what you live that I believe I love what I do so much.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with busy moms, executive assistants, family friends, doctors and more. If we decide that I am not the fit you're looking for, I'm always happy to refer you to one of my partners who may specialize in exactly what you're looking for.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I just finished booking a group for a client's surprise 40th which was fun, but I had even more fun putting together and booking a client to travel across Canada via rail. Not only will they have their own butler on the train, but adding on the activities and tours along the way was really the icing on the cake.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I believe in authenticity above all else-be sure to find an agent who you feel comfortable talking to in case you'd like something different suggested or want to make changes. Also make sure they make you feel as though you're their only client. These relationships could last for many adventures and years to come, so it's important to find a good fit.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. Travel times/dates-are yours flexible or non-negotiable?

2. Decide on the important "must-haves". For instance, what's more important......that you fly out of one airport vs another or that you can depart in the afternoon? Or that your all-inclusive is family friendly or adults only?
