Her products are good. I had a very dry patch on my hand hand have been using the scrub for the past couple of days and the peeling has stopped. I also use the hair moisturizer. My hair had became dry and brittle, but since using the moisturizer it has sheen and is not breaking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is welcomed as if I have been working with them for years. Once the appointment is made and they are in my chair I have a discussion about what they like so that I will have a full understanding. I try to avoid miss understanding at all cost.
