What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get to know my client and see which side do they think is their best side (everyone has one). Figure out if they have any experience posing in front of a camera, if not then I would guide them on certain poses.

I usually work with individuals looking for a headshots, portraiture and lifestyle photography.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
the best advice I would give to someone looking for a photgrapher is to find someone that can create your idea. I have too often seen clients tell me "that's what I asked the last photographer for, but he couldn't do it"
