I am the Chef and Owner of my BBQ food truck in SLC! I was an executive chef for many upscale restaurants for the last 15 years before I started my own business. I also am a private chef mostly based out of Park City, UT, and caterer. I love to share my passion and love for cooking with others and try new things. I can offer a variety of food options, I have a ton of different menus to share! I also offer cooking classes as well!
