What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your vision for the project and clarify pricing.
To book, you will read over a contract that states what we have agreed to and then pay a deposit. This will reserve the date we have planned for. It is non refundable.
For smaller packages most will pay in full upon booking, but if that is not the case, with all other packages the final payment is to be paid a week before the project starts.
I will show up ready to work on the reserved date, and deliver the final content within 7 days.
