We do authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice for groups large and small. More than 10 shave ice machines and 45+ flavors to quickly provide refreshment for your event. We also provide sugar free flavors for clients that desire those options.
We have experience doing large corporate events for companies like Adobe and Net Documents, sporting events at college and high school football games, and local festivals and events including the Stadium of Fire, Freedom Festival, and Alpine Days. We do events up and down the Wasatch Front.
We’ve also done wedding receptions, birthday parties, family reunions and graduation events. We’re happy to consider any event you have.

I love serving Hawaiian Shave Ice to my customers. The moment you hand them the flavorful snowy shaved ice goodness topped with the delicious sweetness of Tigers Blood, Blue Raspberry, Pina Colada or 40 other flavors and top it with sweet cream, and then you see their face light up...you feel like you just helped them win the lottery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over all the details of their event to make sure we cover everything and give the customer a comfort level that they will be completely taken care of.
We let them know when we will arrive to set up, what we serve, what our set up looks like, etc. We leave nothing to chance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the food and service industry since 1984. We handle events large and small--from birthday and graduation parties to BYU football games and large corporate events. We can handle any size group.
All of our employees have food handler permits issued by the Utah County Health Department and we adhere to all of the strictest standards that the health department requires to make sure that everyone stays safe.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing typically follows along these lines: (2 hour minimum applies)
$75 an hour for < 50 people
$100 an hour for 51-75 people
$125 an hour for 75-100 people
$150 an hour for 101-125 people
$175 an hour for 125-150 people
For groups larger than 150 people, contact me for a custom quote.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in 2017 with two Hawaiian Shave Ice stands in Orem and branched out to doing events.

We did a birthday pool party in Taylorsville for a Samoan family celebrating their one-year old daughter's birthday. There were 200+ people there to celebrate her. It was so fun!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Consider pricing, flexibility, variety of flavors, experience and their commitment to a great customer experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What access is there to electricity? Is a generator needed (we can provide that)? Will this be indoor or outdoor? Do you have contingency plans in case of inclimate weather? Do you offer sugar free options (we do)?
