Shiro Kuma Snow Cream

Hello! We are Shiro Kuma Snow Cream and we've been around since 2016. We are a pan-Asian dessert brand that sells snow cream and bubble waffles.

Snow cream is lighter and fluffier than ice cream, but has a more robust flavor profile than snow cones - so we aren't ice cream and we aren't snow cones. At Shiro Kuma Snow Cream we don't scoop, we shave our home-made blocks of snow cream into delicate, fluffy ribbons. Customers then get to pick from several toppings to personalize their snow cream creations to perfection! Bubble waffle is a delicious, traditional Hong Kong street food made from our homemade egg batter. We use special waffle irons to create the distinctive bubble shape. Like our snow cream, customers can top bubble waffles with any of our 20+ toppings. Bubble waffles are a unique and customizable dessert option perfect for the colder month.
