We specialize in Barbecue, Catering, and Concessions, but what we are know for is our Brisket and our St Louis Style ribs.
We start with a premium whole brisket and season with our special blend of spices and slow smoke it for 14-16 hours over hardwood. The result is something special as the meat is melt in your mouth tender.
As for our ribs, this is a crowd favorite and is sure to please. Lightly marinated in our secret spices and them slow smoked for hours over hard wood. Eat them dry or with our finger licking sauce, either way is sure to please.
I like to see the joy on a customers face when they taste my food. They experiencing my passion and my history as a chef and pitmaster. Years of preperation and trial and error go into each of my recipes and when I receive a smile it lets me know I am sucessful.
