My name is Chatana @ ChayFlavours: IG I have been serving my food for 5 years to the public. I've been cooking for over 25 years. I have been told by many how amazing and being self taught has been my success, I read I cook constantly to sharpen my skill set the grind never ends - Cuinary school started in my mothers kitchen, I am very talented and want to share my food with the world! My personality shows up fully in my food. I love to provide flavorful cuisines that speaks to who I am as a individual. I provide Farm to table service, my dishes stand out because all my dishes are made from scratch with lots of love! I am very simplistic in my dishes with explosive flavor. My qualifications and awards are my skills and my excited and happy customers there responses are my awards!
My service is great because I love to see my customers happy. I love to see the enjoyment of my food and how I have satisified there palet with my amazing meal. I absolutely love what I do and extremely fascinated by the flavor I put in my dishes! My goal is to make my customers satisfied! I want my customers to always think about how great my food and service was, I want them to dream about my dishes!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is listening to what type of service the customer needs. How can I bring my skill set to there event to make it a seamless process. Getting amazing ideas from customer and we transition the food into an amazing experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently attending culinary school, I have my safe serve certificate in food handling. I currently do meal prep and take out services every week. I have a great customer reviews on Facebook and Instagram of my excellent services.
