    When working with a customer we like to get detailed information on the type of cuisines you are looking for. Once we know that we also will need a very specific budget you are trying to stay in. We will then need an exact head count of guest and if any person has allergies. The next step would be for us to construct a menu just for your particular event, the menu can be discussed, and suggestions from clients are taken into consideration. And last but not least, we will need to know what style of dining you are looking for?
