Hello everyone my name is chef Alieu Bangurah. I am a graduate from Lincoln culinary institute. I am the line chef at Erickson Senior living riderwood in silver spring Maryland. I enjoyed cooking on my free time and I am familiar with different foods from all over the world. I specialize in Asian Caribbean ,Southern Creole, and West African.
