All our recipes are done with organic ingredients from local farmers.
We are vegan and gluten free friendly
After 24 years working as Chef in high volume venues in Spain, Stwitzerland and France and now here in the US, what I like the most is learning new things daily. New recipes, new trends, force us to keep up the level and the imagination for our clients satisfaction.
Purchasing directly from local farmers, butchers and fishmongers, has taught me a great deal of stuff that otherwise I wouldn't know.
