About
I have loved photography since I was a little girl. My father used to develop his own film and prints and always had a camera around. He passed his love of photography on to me. While in College I also began developing my own work. Pictures are very important as they create a lasting memory after the event is over.
Besides photography, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my four beautiful children. I also love baseball! I am a die hard baseball fan and would love to travel to every professional stadium in the country. I also have a bachelor's degree in history and that is another passion of mine. I am fascinated with the American Civil War. Living in Virginia puts me in Civil War heaven. I have a lot of experience photographing living history exhibits.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Yay!! I'm so glad that you like my work and are interested in booking my services. First, I'd love to meet you in person and see if we are a good fit for each other. If a face to face meeting doesn't work, we could skype or have a phone conversation. We can go over wedding details and you can share your love story with me! After you have decided on a package, I will send you a contract to fill out. Your retainer fee ($500.00) is due within 48 hours of receipt of the contract. Your wedding date is not booked until the signed contract and retainer fee are returned to me. It is first-come, first served, I would love to hold a date for you but I often receive several inquiries for the same date. The sooner, the better!

My wedding packages are all a la carte. YOU build your dream wedding photography package. You start with my base rate and add on any extras that you might want.
With the base price, you will get the following:
8 hours of coverage
USB of all edited wedding images (I don't cap the number of images)
Secure online gallery for viewing and print purchasing.
Consultation(s) to discuss your wedding details
