What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I meet a new client, I listen to what they are asking/seeking and give them as much advice on helping them achieve their end goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in videography and photography. I hold a BA in Journalism & Mass Communications.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I strongly believe in working with a client when it comes to a budget. I've incorporated several packages with room to modify it. This gives the customer more available options, flexibility and able to adjust as much as possible.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad gave me his first camera when I was 12 years old! That of course, was many....many moons ago!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers. I've feelanced with Major corporate companies to small local businesses.

They have all been so wonderful, that it's too hard to just pick one.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask as many questions as possible. There's never too many questions to ask!

-Is there a contract.
-What exactly are you getting.
-What is our real budget.
