What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a consultation prior to scheduling first service appointment is always recommended!
Its always best to insure the integrity of your hair and skin health will not be compromised, while also coming up with the best plan of action to get the desired look that you wish to achieve.
We also ask you come a few minutes early to fill out the necessary paper work that helps us learn and get to know our guests a little better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is big at Mirror Mirror. Thus having stylists that have trained under professional talents from Michigan, New York, Tennessee, Las Vegas, California, &more!
Some of our stylists credentials include working & having the privilege to be part of: The North American Beauty Awards, International Beauty Shows, and more !
How did you get started in this business?
Having traveled the world and taking in all the different concepts of beauty that come with different locations and people, founder & owner Alexandra Harris, decided that being able to use that inspiration to create beauty and art around her would not only be a wonderful way of life; it would also be a way to help and inspire others.
