What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st. - We spend time with each client to get to know them, what their celebrating and what their vision is.
2nd. - We custom design a proposal around their vision with menus to choose from and set up a time to go over it in detail.
3rd. We arrange a tasting. What makes ours unique is that we bring the tasting to them. We customize their menu to their palate.
