In the Shenadoah Valley area, where there is less varieties of food service and even those that are available are all western or Asian culture, and that is where I came in with Mama Johnson's African Cuisine. I bring owesome taste enriched with Africa spices and style.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I just need to educate the customer on some of the meals but overall I do what the customer want
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any official training but I have been cooking since I was eight learn from the best cooks I know my mother grandma and Aunty. My mothers used to own a restaurant back in Africa I used to be one of the best chef there. So I can throw down.

How did you get started in this business?
I was just cooking for my local church every time there is a function which's almost every week and they liked my cooking so they encouraged me to start my own.
