What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We take the time to understand what the customer want to do for their special event. After we have taken the time to chat, then we will work on creating a proposal for all parts of the party, not just the food. We will make recommendations and advise on budget, creative choices, rentals, and theme of the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years of Hospitality and Culinary experience from Fine and Casual Dining Restaurants, and Catering Events and Banquets Since 2000.

Our pricing ranges from $32.50 as a starting price. On average our clients spend $35-$95 per person for the food.

Rentals and Serving Staff are priced separately.

How did you get started in this business?

We started Catering while running our Restaurants back in the 80's and 90's. Since 2000, we have concentrated our time just Catering Events.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any customer who needs to have a special event planned and catered. We mainly do catering for Events.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Recent Wedding that was conducted at our Venue site. It was a magnificent wedding set in a modern rustic setting, and our food and service complemented the whole experience.

Check for Experience, Great Reviews, quality and type of cuisine, and on time deliverability.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Numbers, The Date of Event, Budget, and what experience do you want to convey to your guests.
