Hello, my name is Melia MeMe Anderson and I am the owner along with my Husband Gerald E Anderson of Delightful Creations Catering & Event Planning. God laid it on my heart to create our business back in 2005. My father was a chef so I grew up watching my father prepare and cook for many clients. When I turned 12yrs old I became my father’s sous chef and it was in the kitchen where he instilled knowledge, wisdom, work ethic and that is also where my passion and love developed for food.

We have been blessed to cater a multitude of events from weddings to birthday celebrations to family reunions to church celebrations to car shows and the list goes on.

Delightful Creations offers a variety of food options, ranging from soul food to classic dishes to international cuisines, and we can customized to fit different event types, budgets, and dietary needs. Some choices include appetizers like finger foods and cheese boards, main courses can include sandwiches, pasta, and chicken dishes, sides like salads and roasted vegetables, Interactive stations and buffets. Desserts, including cupcakes, cookies, fruit platters and other assorted dessert options.

I am ServSafe certified with a food handlers certification and I am a certified food protection manager.
