What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i always offer a free e-mail/phone consulation to help better understand my clients needs and answer any questions they may have. Then we book their appointment and I follow-up with them a day before to confirm. That way in case anything has come up and they need to reschedule I can easily help them. This way also gives my clients a chance to ask additional questions they may have before their session. My goal is to put my cllients at ease and make the entire process as stress free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
About 18 years ago I trained with Olan Mills to become a professional photographer. Along my journey I've taken many online classes and in person workshops to build new skills in regards to lighting, styling and editing.

Basic Pricing:
2 hour session: $200
**Includes sitting fee, up to 2hrs of posed/candid shots at the location of your choice, FREE e-mailed link to privately view your online photo gallery, 2 FREE 8x10 prints of your favorite shot and chocolate chip cookies from Estella's Bakery to snack on after your session as a special thank you for booking with me!
** Additional $25 per half hour past the 2 hour session!**
How did you get started in this business?
Being a professional photogrpaher has always been a dream of mine. So, I started with my friends/family and my business grew from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers from brides to new moms, families of all sizes and real estate proffessioanls.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A few weeks ago I got to photograph a family new to the area. It was their very first time seeing the atlantic ocean and was such a special moment. Their kids running along the sand and jumping in the water, little sandy barefeet and castles made along the shore. I truly loved being a small part of their new journey.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise any customer to shop around and do their research on local photographers. Find someone that you feel comfortable with and know will capture your memories in action exactly how you want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about the kind of photo session you want. Whether it's indoor or outdoors. The type of photographer you need and the skillset you are looking for. Also, ask the photographer what sets them apart from other local photographers.
