What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

They contact me inquiring about one of my services. I personally introduce myself and I let them know how much the service is and answer any questions they may have. There is a $25 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee due at the time the appointment is booked. I also let the client know where I am located. 757-383-2578

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been to cosmetology school and finished with a license. I have been braiding as well as styling and treating hair for over ten years.
