I hired Trilogy Catering to create a special dinner experience for my husband and I for his birthday and I’ll tell you - we were not disappointed. I consider myself a major food enthusiast, I travel to cities just to dine at some restaurants. We were so impressed and my husband said it was the best birthday I’ve given him. I highly recommend using this catering duo and will be using them for future events.

Trilogy Catering Group LLC provided delicious food, friendly hospitality and top-notch service for our July 2023 wedding dessert reception. They welcomed our guests with the most amazing display of delectable desserts, and some simple savory options as well. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hand-selected desserts they had waiting for us at our sweetheart table. Ample food was provided, so we had leftovers to enjoy after the wedding day!
When we first met Evan for a food tasting, his friendliness and generosity were very evident. He provided generous portions of his famous Bourbon bread pudding and fruit tarts. He even brought enough to share with the staff and other guests at the winery where we met.
Evan told us that one of their priorities as a business is to have lifelong customers. Their excellent service makes them an easy choice for any catering event we may have in the future. Thank you, Evan and Teresa for helping to make our reception extra special!
