What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a free consultation. In this conversation I will cover the menu, any allergies or requests. After the menu is planed I will send out an invoice for the payment. Payments can be made in installments or at once. All payments must be secured at least 24 hours before the event. On the day of the event I will set up and cook all food freshly and promptly. Once my portion is complete I will clean up and store any leftover food for the client to take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates in Applied Sciences from Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts
